for this supplement to work one needs to workout and take care of they are eating too,just taking the supplement won’t cure insulin resistance of pcod.this is a great supplementit worksi am posting this review after 2 months of taking it,this doesn’t cure pcod, it helps managing it,working out even 30 mins a day is greatpeople complaining about it not working and all, they need to take other measures with it to manage pcod,just taking supplement wont work

No added sugar but sucralose is added,even though in limitsnot considered good . kindly change to stevia or monk fruit

Product is good i m taking it for last one month will tell wheather get the period or not... but i noticed less bloating...less craving...more control over my food habit... though i already exercise a lot....But few sachet has frozen powder it seems the powder is expired..as only the box contains expire date not the individual sechet....Please don't do such things.... it's people health...

I was diagnosed with some symptoms of PCOD , so after checking reviews I gave this product a try. This review is after 3 months of use and it has worked wonders for me it started giving me regular periods just after the use of 3 weeks. It has worked for me, rest also depends on one’s medical condition.

I've been taking this product as well as pcos tablets from past 2months. I don't see any difference, plus after I started taking these I feel even more sleepy the entire day

I don't know how people are drinking it but its smell is horrible literally 🤮. I had to keep something ready to eat or drink soon after this and i am mixing it in only half a glass of water(drinking plain water though)and i have to close my nose untill i finish it. Now u can imagine how it tastes like.
