Cervical traction device for over the door mounting
Works great. Used 10 pounds of weight and 20 minute traction sessions!

Still haven't figured it out.
Directions leave a bit of info out when it comes to actual usage. The straping seems backwards or I am just not seeing how this and head goes together.

The chin strip may fit a bit tight for those with a bigger head.
I bought this for my dad, a 6'4, 260 lb dude - so he's got a big melon. Full transparency there. He said overall the product works well with one minor setback being the straps used to fasten your head in are a bit short and hard to strap. If the straps were a bit longer, it would meet the needs of larger people.

Works, but neck sling needs to be softer
This works. It’s a bit of a pain to set up. It digs into my chin, so I need to put a microfiber towel between my chin and the sling.

Poor Design
I pinched a nerve in my neck and found a lot of relief from the traction device at physical therapy, so I was hoping to find some similar comfort at home. I really tried to make this work, but the quality is so poor it is really unusable. The plug for the bag is not what I would trust to ensure water won’t end up all over the floor of my house. Putting it together is not easy as it as all so poorly designed. I returned and would not recommend to anyone.

Think twice before spending money on this!
If you are in pain and looking for relief, don't order this. I have had neck pain for over 3 years and I have purchased many products to achieve neck traction. After my last doctor visit he suggested this product. Now I am in pain and aggravated all at the same time. I have put together complicated toys, furniture etc., this takes the cake. I finally got back online and looked at the pictures on Amazon to figure it out, because the pictures it comes with leave a lot to be desired. After all this frustration it gave me little to no relief. I don't give up easily so I'm going to be patient and try it again. I didn't mention that when I received it the box was open and all the parts were spread over the bag in came in. I am considering returning it.
