As it should be, it only contains two ingredients, hydrated tapioca and water, delicious. Beware of the brands that don’t provide the list of ingredients, or don’t show them in the photos; they contain ascorbic and citric acid, which change the smell and flavor of the product. I personally find them nauseating

Authentic tapioca - love it

I am from northeast of Brazil and that's the cassava flour I used to buy there. It is properly moisturized making it easier to prepare tapioca (cassava pancake). I do recomend it!

Perfect condition, a little moist and smelly when arrived, possibly due to a long trip here? It was still good, I made sure to store in a dry container, the smell subsided and made use for great tapioca for breakfast . The package is smaller than expected, my mistake for not reading it throughly.
