Purchased this product in August. Very good toothbrush, comes with 2 brush heads to start, good value. In January the product was no longer holding a charge. I emailed the seller and within 2 days received a replacement brush with 5 brush heads included. The responsiveness and care from the customer service team was phenomenal and it is a good sign that they back their product even past the 1 month Amazon gives you to return. Would recommend after this experience.

I finally found an electric toothbrush that has power to actually clean my teeth. Others are just so weak. I highly recommend!!!

Very disappointed in this product. I bought this to replace the same make which I had used for about two years. After the first use, it wouldn’t work without being placed on the charger. I tried troubleshooting, to no avail. I returned it and ordered a replacement. The replacement did the same thing. I did finally get it to work by using a lower power mode. I have had it for less than 3 months, and am having difficulties again. I will have to replace it again, but I will not be purchasing this product again.

My favorite toothbrush ever!!

My gums were receding due to erosion from another brand of toothbrush. This system solved that problem, but after 6 months it started to fail. It now barely runs for more than 5 seconds at a time, and I have to constantly restart it. Then after 2-5 restarts it won't work until I place it back on the charger for a little as a second. The problem may be partly the switch or moisture getting in and affecting the electronics. Also would like to see a wall charger included. I am buying another one because of how well it cleans , while being soft enough NOT to cause any erosion. If this one fails the same way I'm done! I'll just go back to an extra soft manual brush.
