Easy to sew. Very strong and well made

I bought a few metres of the 25mm (1 inch) webbing to sew in strips onto my rucksack to create a MOLLE system from which I can attach some pouches. It is an osprey rucksack made of quite lightweight cordura type material, and this webbing is also quite flimsy and lightweight. The benefit of this means it was a doddle to hand sew, and I used a standard sewing needle, black thread, and didn't even need a thimble! The downside is that with the pouches attached to the rucksack the webbing does feel a little like it stretches a tiny bit, but I think that's also due to the lightweight material on the rucksack, and the fact its empty.All in all, my stitching will give up long before the webbing does so in that sense it's perfectly fit for purpose. The ends burned down well when I used a lighter to cauterise the frayed ends after sewing and in general the webbing is very cheap, good value, and exactly what I was expecting.

I actually took delivery of three lots of webbing today and the two from this seller were far superior to the one from a different seller. I will be ordering more from this seller.Sturdy webbing which will be perfect for the travel bag handles they are intended for.

Is a bit pricey there are others available for a lot cheaper but this is good quality poly webbing Color’s are bright ends melt well easy to work with comes on a card rather than a roll I’ve bought it twice now and quality is consistant

This will be good stuff, but was too thin for my requirement and would slip through the quick release buckle I would use with it.
