Really low quality image
This product has a very unclear image. Had better results from putting my iphone camera in the microscope eyepiece. Wish I could have my money back

good item, useless sales backup
very disappointed with the very poor safter sales backupI ckearly supplied info on the problems and have never got a resolution from themIt seems they couldnt even read my email because they gave responses that were totally irrelevent to the questions I asked. The problem is, not with the camera itself, but with the software which wouldnt install without causing an error. i finally gave up with the seller and threw the camera on the back shelf, probably never to be used :( :( very disappointed

Tiny field of view
Very disappointed with this. Camera only shows about 10% of the field of view that is visible by eye. Otherwise it’s ok, image not particularly sharp when microscope and camera are optimally focussed. Works out of the box, so that’s good and it appears as a camera source in any webcam software (including Microsoft teams).
