WORKS FOR ME

I'm crying over how beautiful my hair finally is
After chopping my hair to my ears due to bleach damage- trying all kinds of supplements hair masks and everything, THIS (and using coconut oil for an hour before I wash my hair, heat protectant spray, trimming the dead ends once a month etc) I looked in the mirror after I did my hair today and I couldn't believe my eyes. My hair is finally growing SO fast, the volume is insane, and it's FINALLY looking alive. I've worn extensions for two years waiting for my hair to be revived, hoping one day I would have voluminous long hair one day and these are truly truly working! I've only been taking them for 2 months. I'm stunned and very satisfied. I haven't cried from being happy about my hair in years

Biotin for hair growth
I can’t evaluate this properly until using it for a while but I will say it seems fine. I am thinking after a couple months I hope to see positive improvement in my hair. At least I hope so.

Great product
These have a great taste and consistency and I really feel like after taking them a few months that my hair thinning or loss has slowed down significantly.

These work!
I started taking these and over the course of 8 months my nails became almost indestructible. I literally had to cut them off once a month so that my fingers are functional. I stopped taking them a month or two ago and my nails have broken off and are all short little nubs. I stopped taking all gummies because of a keto diet. I've decided it is worth it to start these again as they have incredible benefits. My multivitamin has 100% RDA for biotin, but it isn't enough.
