Gave this to husband for Christmas. He HATES the kitchen. Going into retirement I thought maybe we could try cooking a bit together at least including him in the process. He picked it up last week and picked a recipe, we made sure we had ingredients and we cooked together 50/50. Normal ingredients needed and very easy yet explicit instructions. When we sat down to eat…his words…That was fun. I really had a good time. Who knew?

Physically is a small book, but this one is packed with great flavour. The ingredients are easy to find, you don’t have to spend a whole pay cheque on a meal, it’s a great book worth buying.
