I am very happy with this supplement! I have been anemic on and off for years and have had troubles with other iron supplements. I have malabsorption and am always low on d,&b vitamins as well as folic acid and iron. My Dr recommended I take an iron supplement every day. I read the reviews and have been taking this for almost a year and a half. Last year after taking a blood test my doctor Noted that my blood levels for iron had Raised substantially. (Actually a little high) and asked me what brand I was using.... long story short after sharing the info with her she recommends to her patients who struggle with absorption and are anemic. I only take it 2to 3 times a week now but experience no stomach issues or after taste. I have also recommended to all my friends and family!

We are working really hard to get our very anemic daughter back into range for ferritin. It is a big challenge, but we like this iron. It seems to work a bit better for her as she has some pretty big struggles with her iron from a GI perspective - both reflux and constipation. No, it isn't a magic bullet for no issues, but it is an improvement. The capsules seem to be a reasonable size - my 6 yr old can swallow them. They are about the size of a small to average sized antibiotic capsule, so maybe a size 3 capsule. Look that up for sizing so you know. All in all we are pleased. We are on month 4 of her using this particular iron.

I take another supplement from Adaptogen Research that was reviewed in a trusted medical site and i have been very pleased with them so when i needed another supplement i looked to see if it was available in this brand and it was, I didn't think about it twice :]

This is my fourth order for you vitamins. I find them to be of high quality and work very well. They do not have the usual problems of other iron supplements. Keep up the great work.

This product never upset my stomach and it also helped me bring my hemoglobin count up. Yay.
