I had never tried Philips headphones before but I’m a huge fan now. When I picked up the box I wondered if it was empty as it was so light, but it wasn’t empty. The headphones are so light but full sized and fully featured. I put them straight on charge while I read over instructions. I tried them with my laptop first via Bluetooth. I found a headphone test video on the internet and sat quietly and started. Left and right are in perfect balance, there are no crackles, dynamic range is brilliant. Here’s the best bit, next up was a binaural test……..I jumped up and went to the front door to see who had been knocking like crazy, I thought I must have missed the doorbell because I had the headphones on, no one there, I went to the back door, no one there. Then it dawned on me, I had jumped out of my skin, went to both doors and all along it was the headphones, honestly the knocking sounded as if it were real. That led me to find there are a selection of creepy headphone short immersive videos, wow. I then tried out some music, very nice rich full sound. I finally got round to trying the TV and selected a horror film that I fancied. The USB dongle worked perfectly and as my phone and laptop have Bluetooth I can leave the dongle in the TV as I can select to connect to the TV by two short presses on the multi-function button. It took me a while to get used to the controls but very soon it became second nature. I also tested with my android phone and music app and the sound is amazing, controls are good too, I can forward and reverse tracks, adjust volume I can even launch my voice assistance and ask for music or initiate phone calls. I made a call to test clarity, and it is fantastic. It is amazing what you miss listening without headphones as films etc sound much more 3d when wearing these. Battery life is superb. Price is really amazing; I would not have expected such quality for under £100.

The Philips TV Headphones are a set of over-ear headphones that have been specifically designed to use with your TV.I was looking forward to having these headphones set up and working with my Philips TV. You’d think with both items being by the same make it would be a fairly straight forward process. Sadly not.This review is going to be pretty short because, after an hour and a half, I’ve not managed to pair the headphones with the dongle or get anything set up at all. It’s been one of the most frustrating evenings I’ve had in a long old while.To start with the “Quick start guide” included is worse than pathetic. It thinks it’s doing the IKEA thing with just using pictures. Going for the one manual for all languages. The universal language of pictures. Sadly this fails as it’s either hard to follow or the headphones simply don’t work.Anyway, I found a better instruction manual on the Philips website (just Google “Philips TAH6206”). On the page for the headphones there’s a “Get support for this product”. There you can download a pdf of the full instruction manual. This is better than the quick start guide, but still, there’s barely any Troubleshooting and it kind of assumes everything’s just going to go swimmingly from the moment you plug it all in.So what are the headphones like? No idea. Unless I get them to pair I’ll not be able to say anything other than they look ok. But the designers seriously need to sort out their instruction manuals, quick start guides and the technical issues with pairing.I’d recommend looking at some Sony, Panasonic or maybe even some Bose ones. Philips seem to have gone seriously downhill of late.

Unfortunately, I don’t find the sound quality very good as it does not have enough treble so films are more muffled and bassy than a standard set of earphones i have that were half the price.

Nice clear and lovely bass sounding headphones very impressed. Comfortable too. Easy Bluetooth setup, straight forward instructions no stupid big manuals to ready straight to the point. I've never been that well impressed by Philips before until now. Good value I don't know about that as their is no price stated as I am just reviewing them on performance. But I'd be willing to pay up to £60 easy for these myself. Nice 2cd pair of ear pads included too.

These are perfectly adequate headphones, though a little pricey.You plug the Blutooth dongle into a USB socket on your TV. If your TV doesn't recognise the dongle as an audio output device, you can use the supplied 3.5mm cable to connect your TV to the dongle.The headphones will also pair with your phone or any other Bluetooth source - you're not limited to just your TV.At first I worried these headphones would introduce significant audio latency, ruining the movie experience. Fortunately, my fears proved unfounded. The Bluetooth connection was solid and low latency.Sound quality is good and you get up to 18 hours of battery life with only 2 hour charge time.

je les depuis quelques jours il fonctionne a merveille et est de bonne qualité le son est clair et sans grésillement ni saturation le mode association se fait en faisant une pression sur la clef ainsi que sur le casque bouton de gauche haut parleur L voilà je recommande

Der Philips Kopfhörer funktioniert gut.Die Koppelung mit dem TV ging problemlos und der Klang ist auch gut!Alles in allem ein Produkt, das man weiter empfehlen kann!

I have a new 75’ LG TV with WebOS and the Bluetooth won’t even show for synchronization.I tried the USB that they send with and it was also useless.Bluetooth synchronization with my phone worked after I struggled with it for a half hour and turned off every other Bluetooth device in the house.It could be just mine headphone, but I don’t know.You make your gamble on this one.One positive thing is that it’s loud and has a good bass. But it does feel cheap, very plastic and looks really big on your head.Wouldn’t buy again.

Il volume anche al massimo non è troppo alto ed è giusto per un ascolto prolungato . Le uso solo con la TV . Il manuale è scarno e si può fare fatica a capire come utilizzarle, quindi per me insufficiente. Le cuffie , dopo varie accensioni e spegnimenti , perdono qualità e fluidità nella riproduzione e necessitano di essere riaccoppiate con il trasmettitore come da procedura iniziale da foglio istruzioni per dare il meglio . Nel complesso il prodotto è valido e il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono .

Así se puede conectar a una tv sin BT por ejemplo.La presentación y la calidad exterior es muy buena. los plásticos son buenos, flexibles y agradables al tacto. En general están bien terminados en todos los detalles.Son muy ligeros, me han resultado muy cómodos. tiene la aalmohadillas de piel o simil de piel, suave y agradble. Además traen otras para cambiarlas, textiles, de una tela perforada. Imagino que es para el calor o sudor.La calidad de sonido es realmente buena, muy buena. Te aislan del exterior con el sistema de supresión de ruido .Se puede realizar llamadas con todas las funciones, y se escucha en las dos direcciones super claro.Creo que por el precio que tienen ahora mismo 129 euros, son totalmente recomendables, ya que tiene una calidad realmente buena, tanto en materiales como en calidad de sonido. Además de la función de conexión por usb.Además traen un cable doble mini jack, para utilizarlo como un auricular normal con cable. A mi me han gustado, y creo que tienen buen precio.
