Omnpak Case for Microsoft Surface Pro 7 Plus /7/6 /5/4 with Stylus Holder, Multiple Angle Polyester Slim Lightweight Cover, Compatible with Type Cover Keyboard (Not Include Keyboard)

I bought this cover because my Windows Surface Pro 4 is well used and getting a bit battered. The kickstand has lost a couple of the tiny screws and it's no longer stable/feels like it'll snap if I use it. So I bought this hoping the the cover would stand the Surface up without need to use the kickstand. It does! I find it nice a sturdy, even balanced on a soft cushion and on my lap, which is great for home use and for when using it to watch films etc. Works perfectly for me. The only slight downside of using it in this way is that it does occupy slightly more desk space due to the cover being larger than just the Surface and its kickstand, but if your desk space isn't a problem then that's no reason to not buy this.

Ich habe die Hüllen von Spigen, Omnpak und Fintie für das Tablet Microsoft Surface Go 2 verglichen.Die Hülle von Omnpak sieht äußerlich gut und wertig aus, Kunstleder mit leinenartiger Prägung, also auch abwaschbar. Die Hüllen riechen nach dem Auspacken aber etwas nach Chemie, vor allem die beflockten Flächen innen. Bei der lila Version gibt es Quietschgeräusche, wenn man den unteren Teil umklappt und die farbigen Flächen aufeinanderliegen. Das blau ist auch in natura blau (ok), aber leider nicht der hier abgebildete Farbton, der eher Richtung petrol geht. Die Version in "grün", die auf dem Foto so strahlend türkis aussieht, ist leider nur ein mattes, fast bräunliches, blasses Hellgrün.Positiv ist, daß es kein Hartplastik, sondern eine Gummieinfassung ist, die das Tablet hält. Diese Einfassung rutscht nicht weg, auch wenn man einen relativ großen Winkel einstellt. Doch da der eingebaute Ständer nicht genutzt wird, ergibt sich eine ziemliche Länge des gesamten Aufbaus. Dadurch ist die Hülle eher unbequem, wenn man das Tablet auf dem Schoß liegen hat. Außerdem ist die Unterseite relativ wabbelig, sodaß sich nicht die erhoffte Stabilisierung bei der Arbeit mit Tastatur und auf dem Schoß ergibt. (Mittlerweile klappe ich die Hülle nicht mehr ganz aus, sondern lasse den schmaleren Umschlag eingeklappt, dann steht die Tastatur zwar über, aber es ist insgesamt stabiler.)Die Ausschnitte sitzen korrekt, aber wie bei allen Hüllen, kann man keine Dockingstation anbringen, dazu muß man das Tablet leider wieder aus der Hülle herausnehmen. Das geht relativ leicht, da die Einfassung aus flexiblem Gummi ist.Da der eingebaute Ständer nicht genutzt wird, liegt das Tablet komplett auf der gummierten Fläche auf. Dadurch staut sich die Hitze, weil das Microsoft Surface beim Aufladen sehr heiß wird. Die noppige Gummifläche riecht dann auch ziemlich stark, wenn sie heiß wird.

I ordered Pale Blue, which appears like a Duck Egg Blue on the Amazon website. As you can see, it would be better described as bright turquoise. I decided to go with it.That said, the case was as promised : smart, easy to use and protective. The video provided online was helpful.

Used this on my 10 year old sons Microsoft Surface Go 2 tablet. Does the job, easy to wipe down when finger/ food marks are left on it. Seems very durable and my son likes it too, so bonus.

This is a nice strong case, but, despite taking the surface out of the case and putting it back in, the edge of the case can catch the on/off button.
