JVR® KC11 Wine Opener Corkscrew operation steps: 1.Remove wine bottle's foil cap using foil cutter (if a wax seal covers bottle's cap, remove seal before using cutter). Secure cutter around top of bottle, tighten, and press down slightly. 2.Position JVR Wine Opener on top of cork with the spiral up. Push down on lever to raise spiral. Grip handles around neck of bottle and squeeze firmly. 3.While squeezing gripping handles, lower spiral into cork by pulling lever up and back. 4.Continue squeezing handles and slowly pull back lever to remove cork from bottle. 5.To remove cork from JVR Wine Opener, position cork between gripping handles, squeeze handles, and pull up on lever.
