I’m really happy with this product, it’s the perfect product for tummy issues. So many vitamins have fillers that irritate. Not this one.

Comparing bottles with my current daily multivitamin pills, the pills have 18 vitamins and nutrients, while the gummi version has 1. The DV % on the pills is also higher, which is pretty typical for gummis.As they are, the gummi version is not a bad start if you aren't taking vitamins currently, or are looking for something that doesn't cause gastrointestinal distress like many vitamins and supplements may. DV is well over 100% for Vitamin A, E, B-6, Folate, Biotin, and Pantothenic Acid with a dose of 2 gummis.The small gumdrop shaped pieces smell like cherry Chapstick when I open the container, and have a fruit chew texture. The flavor's pleasant - I'll admit that's a reason to take gummi vitamins alone.While your specific needs may require other supplements with this - Vitamin D and Iron are the first two lacking in my world - these are a solid enough version.

I recently started a low FODMAP diet per my GI's orders (I have been suffering mostly of nausea and gastritis type symptoms for the last 5 months) and I have some deficiencies that developed due to my limited diet pre-fodmap so I was recommended to get on a safe multivitamin.I was scared these would hurt my stomach, as so many "safe foods" have not been so safe for me, and I have had worse luck with vitamins in the past. Happily enough, these haven't bothered my stomach or digestion at all. I have taken them with breakfast daily for a few weeks now and have had zero issues (and combined with the FODMAP diet, some of my symptoms seem to be improving as well).I love the taste and texture. They're not overly chewy or sticky and they taste more candy-like than like vitamins. If this company wanted to make FODMAP friendly gummy snacks, I would happily purchase

I bought this chewable vitamin because I struggle with swallowing pills, etc. These are great tasting and soft gummies. I'm surprised they are considered Low FODMAP since a few of the sweeteners are typically not recommended for that food plan. Possibly because the amount is so little.

I am very happy with these Low FODMAP Advanced Vitamin and Mineral Complex Gummies. The gummies are tasty and sweet, but not so tasty that you accidentally eat too many at once. They are easy to eat and to digest, and I have not noticed any after effects in the form of digestive upset at all.

I really like how they're gummies which makes it easier for me to take them anywhere on the go. The bottle is a 45 day supply, and the gummies have a very delicious fruty flavor. The main ingredients are vitamins A, C, D, E, B6, B12, Zinc, Folate, Biotin, Panthotdnic Acid, Iodine and Sodium. I starting taking this supplements due to my tummy issues and these gummies have been great they're gluten free, wheat- free, soy free, egg free, and my favorite lactose free 😋 Highly Recommend.

I have had digestive issues in the past, so ordered these vitamin gummies in the hope that they would help with that. I took these for the time that they lasted, then waited awhile to see if the symptoms returned. So far I am fine and have not had any major health digestive problems since then. The gummies have a decent flavor, and you take two per day. There is enough for a little over a month, which is about the amount of time it took me to recover. These are very good for what they are supposed to do and worth the price. I would purchase these again.

These gummies provide great multivitamin support for those experiencing digestive and/or intestinal challenges. The flavor is predominantly cherry, at least to my taste buds. Some could use these regularly for their daily multi, or, as in the case of those of us with IBS, could use these on days that we’re not feeling great internally and want to make sure everything we eat and drink is easy-to-digest. Recommended for those of us who need these! I’m so glad they were created!
