Ive been suffering from neck pain for a while now and I had to go for a massage every now and then which is costly. A good friend of mine introduce this product to me and I immediately fell in love with it. A week later I bought it ! Lol

What I like about this product is that it comes with a remote control. Ver handy when lying on the unit on your back and be able to switch the unit on and off without having to get up and rearranging things. Not many have this feature. I wish the connecting cable was just one single cord. Sometimes by moving the unit around, it gets disconnected too easily.Finally, I wish that these Shiatsu devices had the same power, but with a lower profile. A flatter unit, but without any loss in massaging power.

I broke my back in December of last year and my left arm the year before. It does respond to the pressure you put on it so it is up to you to regulate how hard it massages it is not the machine fault if you get sore from leaning to hard on it. Also it does warm up so make sure there is something between skin like a towel and the machine again is not reason if you get burns like I read someone did you control that to and I don't even understand why the whole back got burned how do you not notice that the machine is not that big. That is another reason why I like it is compact and doesn't take up that much room. I followed directions and it worked perfectly for me especially my neck.

It did its job. The heat is nice. The massage is firm. I really like it. I wish you could adjust the with of the massage modules. My body needs it to be a little narrower to get to some spots effectively. Try it if you need a small massager like this. I recommend it.

I really liked the way it messaged but I bought it in October of 2024 and it stopped working today January 8, 2025.

I've had this massager for two months. The massager isn't as powerful as some that I've previous used. It's not very durable. The two rollers on one side no longer light/heat up, and one time this week the rollers on that side didn't work.

this item is amazing the price is excellent it massages very well it can be used at home, work, car e.t.c.it has a heating system that heats you up whilst massaging you.I reccomend it if your looking for somthing cheap thats not for full bod all at once.P.S. It also has an auto over heat system so it wont break or over heat. it also automatically turns off after about 15-20 min or so, so it wont over heat or break.

This massager actually did its job. ..Not as comfortable or relaxing as some of the bigger, wraparound, massagers..but for the most part, it worked..UNTIL IT DIDNT. After 3 months in, the darn thing just stopped working! It wouldnt turn on. At first, you had to hit the button a few times, THEN it would work. After about 2-3 weeks of this, it just quit. So, my advice would be, if you're going to get this massager, make sure to GET THE 3-5 YEAR WARRANTY!
