My First Choice of Braid
This is the main braid that I use. The color doesn't fade as fast as other brands. Its braid, thus its strong, no stretch, sensitive, casts great..... What I find different is the appearance and uniformity of the strands, not frayed and its manageable to tie. You will not go wrong with Reaction Tackle, this is extremely good line with a variety of colors to suit your fishing conditions. Also, let's not pretend, this is priced GREAT and the customer service at Reaction Tackle is unsurpassed by any !

Well Made Line
Great line, casts well and does not bind up on use. I love the bright color very easy to see but fish cannot. I would recommend this line to others.

Good line for price.
I bought the 25lb 600yd spool and was really impressed with the line. I like it alot. The reason for 4 stars is due to the line on the spool being loosely wound. It wanted to tangle and bind while putting on the reel at moderate tension. Would buy again.

Great for the$
Very visible, i got 15lb and so far it has not broke, on anything i fish for , unless of course i catch a tree branch or rock and have to cut my line,The not so good if you fail to have tension on it can tangle easily, before you string your pole get a bucket of some sort and drop the whole spool in cold water and then string your pole up while the spool stays in water helps the line not tangle

Top quality mono
This stuff is as good if not better than the best out there.I stung a pole up with this 20lb test and went camping. I had the pole (with drag set way to tight) in a PVC holder. Suddenly the holder snapped, the pole went flying in the water on the flats in FL, its 3 - 4ft of water. My friend waded around and found the pole. He reeled it in and it had a 33" redfish on it.This line took the initial tug that snapped the pole holder and kept strong to land the fish. It also smooth, casts well and ties/holds knots well. Very impressive stuff!

Love Reaction Tackle, this is the exception
I have become a huge fan of Reaction Tackle. I finally started fishing again, six years after losing all my belongings in a wild fire. I needed some budget friendly solutions to restock and have found many outstanding products from Reaction at amazing prices. Their tackle bags, weights, hooks, and jigs are all very high quality for the price point. They have great customer service and offer free tackle along with frequent additional discounts if you sign up for emails. I heard good things about their braid as well so I thought I would give this monofilament a try considering it super economically priced.Right away I noticed that this line had a ton of stretch. Given the price point this was not a big concern for me so I spooled this on one of my reels as well as my son’s. Within three trips I lost two lures due to the line snapping when casting. On the second trip my son also threw a top water lure and this was his first time using the line and he only caught one small bass that was under a pound on a 12 pound line. We found the floating lure and the break was several inches away from the knot. Upon inspection, we found the line had gotten really frayed and broke due to wear. Later on when we got home, we noticed that both of our lines were worn up to half way through in a few different areas from the lure to about a foot up the line.I have since used this multiple times and have learned to check for wear and re-tie constantly. I have found that I have to cut approximately a leader sized length off of the end of this after each trip or only a couple of catches. This line has almost no abrasion resistance and wears extraordinarily fast. It will be frayed to the point that you can see and feel it simply by casting a few dozen times as it appears that even the eyes on a quality rod are enough to scuff this up. Although all line will eventually wear out and break, this stuff appears to be way too soft causing it to wear at an exponential rate compared to any other line I have ever used. By comparison, I have the same pound test Trilene on another rod and reel and never even think about having to re-tie it, (even though I probably should), much less cut out sections of line. I finally hit my limit and had to pull this off and throw it out because it’s just too unreliable and too much effort. When doing this I also noticed that the memory on this was also awful, which is surprising considering just how soft this stuff is.I don’t delight in giving a great company like Reaction Tackle a bad review, but this product needs to be re-evaluated as it does not live up to the standards of their other products. This is a true example of getting what you pay for even though they do manage to shatter that stereotype quite often. I will still continue to buy from Reaction and, I really am impressed with the company overall, but I am going to stay clear of their mono and recommend others do the same unless this gets an upgrade.
