| Warranty Description | CAP Barbell, Inc. offers a standard 5 Years frame, 90-day monitor and 30-day all other parts warranty period on all Velocity products. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. In order to request warranty service or parts, a completed Product Registration card with proof of purchase from an authorized CAP dealer must be filled in and on file with CAP. CAP’s obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, at CAP’s option, the product through one of its authorized service centers. Each item being sent to the authorized service center must be issued an authorization number by calling the customer service number listed in the owner’s manual. Any and all repairs or replacements for which warranty claims are made will be decided by CAP. Product should be returned in its original or similar packaging. Any and all freight charges to and from a CAP’s authorized service center will solely be the customer's responsibility, CAP recommends that each shipment be insured. CAP is not responsible for returned product lost in transit or product damaged in transit due to improper packing. Returns without an authorization code will be rejected and any applicable charges will be customer’s responsibility. This warranty does not extend to any product or damage to the product caused by or attributable to freight damage, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage/assembly or repairs not provided by a CAP authorized service center. Products not covered by this warranty include products used for commercial or rental purposes, or products used as store display models. In the event the product is not deemed covered under warranty by CAP, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for return transit. CAP reserves the right to dispose of or destroy product left longer than 30 days at its service centers. No other warranty beyond that specifically set forth above is authorized by CAP. |
