I love this ramp. First, I bought one to see if it would work well for my needs. It is so heavy, well made and durabe. I use it in the house to help me avoid a 4 inch step between floor elevations. Bone on bone arthritis makes any step difficult. The ramp eased the transition significantly. Then we built a ramp on a side porch outside and the end of the ramp was a bit too high from the ground. I bought a second rubber mat. I expected it to shift with use, especially since it was laying on a combination of dirt and embedded gravel. It's been a year and it hasn't moved at all and still looks as solid as the day it was laid down. Highly recommend it.

At the price point, which is on the low side for a ramp, I wasn't expecting much. But the dimensions were right and I said what the hell.In fact what it is is an extremely heavy duty cast rubber ramp with a grid work of internal supports. It weighs about 50 lb, which is a good thing in this case since it stays where you put it no matter what. It also gives a really secure footing. There are openings in the front that allow water, electrical cords, or other things to pass underneath if needed. Seems like the kind of thing that my grandkids will still be using.

This one piece rubber ramp is strong and sturdy. So easy, put it on the ground and your done. Easy to walk on too. I love mine because it is in the weather and no slipping when it's wet. Absolutely no negatives with the ramp. I only wish they also had it with a 6" rise for my door.

This ramp is made of a cast rubber like material with lots of support walls underneath, all about an inch thick. As a result it's very sturdy, but very heavy. You may need help putting it in place. Luckily there are cutouts for handholds.

This ramp is great for an area where you don't mind it's satin black color or unimpressive looks like a garage, I would not buy it for a front entry. It is well made and sturdy and worked well at the entrance from our garage.

Would give it 4.75 stars for the incline, but 5 will definitely do. Very sturdy and stable. Exactly what I was looking for. Wish I would have gotten the 5 inch. The incline is a little too steep for the person to get up easily without help; however, it is a smooth transition from ground to ramp.

The ramp is very heavy, which is great once you get it in place it won't slide around, so it feels very stable. The surface of the ramp is also rubbery and provides good slip resistance. There is a channel under the mat if you need to run an extension cord or similar underneath (like for holiday lights).I wish they had a taller version of the ramp, because my door threshold is over 6" high, but I placed in on top of a welcome mat, which added a half inch. One tip: I tried putting the welcome mat on top of the ramp because I thought it would look nicer, but it ended up being visually confusing and made it seem like the ramp wasn't there. That made people almost trip in surprise. Better to not cover the ramp.
