Depth sensor doesn't work for more than 2 years
Wilson, I read your "rejection remarks" and yes I see the replacement history for you of the Cobra 3. The original computer you purchased was ser#23600725 and that was replaced no charge 2/13/17. That computer was also replaced 9/27/19 at no charge . That computer was also replaced 7/2021 with the current Cobra 3 that is now here. When you purchased the 1st computer you purchased 1 warranty. You were fortunate that it was replaced several times at no charge when the terms of warranty really did not allow for that. The quote I sent was NOT to "fix" as you mention in your remarks, but it is a NEW COBRA 3 module that you would be purchasing as stated in the quote as the COBRA 3 pressure sensor is NOT "fixable". If you had PURCHASED any one of these replacement computers you would have had a new warranty, but you were given new computers for free. The warranty terms would have been from the purchase date of the original computer. "legal advice" would confirm that. Do you want me to ship this back to you, or may I dispose/recycle? Sincerely, Suunto Service

Not reliable, and really bad support
I would definitely not recommend a Suunto Cobra, and would be wary of any Sunnto dive computers. My wife and I bought two Cobra2's. First dive mine flooded. My local dive shop gave me a free Cobra3 upgrade. My wife wound up with a mild case of the bends, but we didn't associate it with a malfunctioning computer at the time. COVID came along and diving came to a halt. We went to Bonaire last week. While I had previously uploaded my data to the Suunto DM5 software, I decided to download my wife's data as well. It shows many dives that are simply wrong! We basically dive the same profile on every dive. My download did not show a single dive below 120 feet. Her computer shows a few dives over 200 feet, and several around 160 feet. Nearly every second dive had invalid data. I contacted Suunto support. I first asked if her computer was still under support and was told that it was. When I explained what is going on the response was to ship it to the repair center to see if it could be repaired. Frankly, I simply do not have any trust in Suunto at this time. I will also add that when the Suunto brand screen shield it makes it difficult to read the screen because the edges overlap key text so you have to keep turning it to different angles to be able to read. I like the air integration, but that's about it.

Worst user manual ever
I have this dive computer and have been on hundreds of dives. It has proven reliable and rugged. The big problem I have is that changing setting and modes is difficult. The user manual has to be the worst I have ever seen and of zero value in using the dive computer. Unless you dive everyday you cannot possibly remember the complex series of button pushes to make simple changes like nitrox value. I will not purchase another suunto computer.
