Samsung Galaxy S21+ Plus 5G, US Version, 128GB, Phantom Black - AT&T (Renewed)

The Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G is an excellent phone. It's very fast, apps open smoothly, and performance is fluid even with heavy use. The screen is large, bright, and has very sharp colors, ideal for videos and social media. The camera takes high-quality photos and videos, even in low light. The battery lasts all day, and the 5G connectivity is a great bonus. Overall, it's a reliable, modern phone with a sleek design. I'm very satisfied with the purchase and highly recommend it.

I got this phone for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it. The battery life is 💯 does not overheat. Space is good. This phone was purchased renewed in excellent condition. It has a few scratches but apart from that it works like a brand new device. I recommend buying with this vendor. They will not disappoint!

I used to go to Back Market for ALL my Samsung Galaxies and accessories. Everything I own practically came from the 2nd-hand store, why pay top dollar when I don't need to, until I read their reviews recently, that is. They seemed to have gone downhill since I last ordered my previous S105G phone. I heard good things about Amazon's refurbished equipment, so I thought to give it a try. I'm glad I did too, because I couldn't be happier or more satisfied, so far. The phone is in beautiful shape with no defects, looking brand new, for a much better price than buying brand new, saving Hundreds of dollars. Talk about a cheap upgrade, why isn't everyone doing this? There's so much waste in the world, why should I contribute when I don't need to? Saving a lot of money in the meantime, and I'm all about that. It's kinda like being a smart consumer and buying a pre-owned automobile for the savings and sanity. So far, the phone is treating me well and I have no complaints. I was very surprised at the speed of delivery, especially when your phone's battery is dying slowly and barely keeping a charge. I love my new(used) S21+5g, which is old in terms of computer/electronic equipment. But a major step up from the S105g I was using. Faster Everything. I'm a happy camper and will NEVER own or buy a brand new device, due to the outrageous pricing out of the gate, especially for a quality phone. This phone's system is a major upgrade, to me. Even though it's years old in operating systems, which I can't tell, it's a way better system than I was using and is smarter. An excellent-condition phone, with way more capabilities for pennies on the dollar, is a smart move in my book. I just hope nothing goes wrong. But if it does, it's not a thousand plus dollars, I'd be out just a couple hundred, comparatively. Satisfied to the bone, I am, and no one is gonna tell me differently. The phone sounds good and is built to last. Thank you, Amazon, for coming through legitimately and without breaking the bank or ending up owing money every month on some brand-new device I don't need. Just because the wastful companies of the world have to be making them a new system evey year, don't mean I have to break myself to have one for no apparent reason other than "keeping up with the Jones's", to have one, only for it to be outdated in a year, before I'm done paying it off. No thanks, I'll take my chances with refurbished, and now, most have an insurance plan for a couple of dollars a month, which helps ease the burden of not knowing what you may run into either.

I purchased this Samsung S21 Plus that was refurbished supposedly to excellent condition. It was the delivered on September 16th 2024. Today I am writing this review and it is September 28th 2024. This morning I got up like every morning and picked up my phone to check emails and messages and was on the phone for approximately 5 minutes when all of a sudden the screen went black. I can hear the buttons functioning when I touched the black screen but could see nothing. I have the exact same phone which is my old one that still works so I put them side by side and used my phone as a guide for the positions of the buttons on the phone with no screen. After turning the phone on and off several times and recycling it still no screen. Took the phone down to repair center and they told me the display is shot. I could not send the phone out back to Amazon because it has all of my data and information in it personal and Financial. Therefore, I was forced to pay the repair center $200 to replace the screen. The short of it is, I would be very careful with this company. Obviously they do nothing with the phones except clean them up replace some aesthetic parts and put them in a brown cardboard box and ship them out. I wasted 275 on this phone when I could have bought a brand new one for an additional $100 off of eBay in a sealed box. The moral of the story is don't try to cheap out. More importantly I would definitely rethink buying from this vendor because their products are substandard.

So far, working as expected. It came not fully prepared for set up (developer tools on its screen/ not fully cleared), but easily finished this as I have a so who worked on phones previously. Only a few things I'm not crazy about - one is all of the interruptions in the first few days for updates and with all the various Samsung, Google etc "tips" and pop ups, new apps, etc. This phone has a lot more features/capabilities than the S9 I had for the past few years. The second ( and I don't know if this is a app or the phone's issue) but I can't find a way to get to a keyboard layout on my SwiftKey keyboard that has the Y and the Z in the correct places. I'd rather use the swift key than the Samsung keyboard but I guess I'll just have to get used to typing the Y at the bottom instead of at the top. The battery life is very good too for used phone

Had 2 phones that together worked as one so I finally upgraded to this phone. Exceeded my expectation. Didn't know what to expect as I'm not good with electronics but I was blown away at the quality of this one. Well worth the money.

Me gustó mucho, solo que no viene desbloqueado para México A&T me llegó en buen estado con su cargador . Le doy un 80 de 100 porque no me Lee mi tarjeta SIM .

Llevo ya dos semanas con el telefono y la verdad es que es una compra de la cual no me arrepiento para nada, el teléfono llegó en excelente estado, si acaso unos ligeros rayones en los contornos de la cámara pero no afectan para nada y tendrias que ser muy quisquilloso para verlos a simple vista, llego con un cargador genérico que ahí sí debo decir que se sobrecalentaba muchisimo cuando usaba la carga rápida del teléfono por lo cual recomiendo comprar sí o sí un cargador original para que no te preocupes de tu bateria ni de que se queme tu casa por el cargador. La bateria es otro tema y es que Samsung siempre ha tenido temas con la bateria y ahora siendo un teléfono recondicionado dura menos entonces si eres una persona que utiliza todo el tiempo su teléfono, te va a durar máximo un dia con carga completa, pero si lo usas en interlapsos tiene una buena duración. En conclusión es un muy buen teléfono a muy buen precio, los únicos temas serían el cargador y la duración dependiendo el uso que se le da al telefono pero mi calificación es 10/10
