Average Quality
The quality of materials and stitches are okay. Its height can slightly be adjusted by re-arranging the ‘short rods/hooks’ even though the total height cannot be achieved with this! I have used extra connectors for better comfort. There is no spring provided.The item was simply packed, and which has a instruction sheet for easy installation/assembly.
