Amazing !
Well it seems Will definitely did have more story to tell…. wow i did not expect this…I loved that Charley stood up and fought for herself and for them. How she supported him and how her love for him overcome the ordeal she found herself in.The delicate trope QB Tyler involves in the conclusion was done brilliantly. The fact that they got together but the first book wasn’t their happy ever after just yet. Will had a coping mechanism that spiralled out of control, when choices in his life were taken away from him and dealing with the consequences he brought on.But these two didn’t go through all that to give up at first hurdle. These two have a deep love that goes so much further.A brilliant conclusion, emotionally raw, loving caring and highly recommend!

Another good read !!!
This is the second book and the conclusion to Bittersweet Surrender. It follows straight on from the last book and I did enjoy the story once again but not as much as the first book. Great writing as usual from this author but I felt it was a little repetitive in places and once again there was some great sex, very sensual and hot but just way too much of it. The story held itself and yes of course it needed some really good sex in it but honestly - it was overload and I NEVER moan about sex in a book !!This book for me was predominantly focused on Will Montgomery this time round. His past which is now affecting his future and his relationship with Charlotte and how he deals with it to try to make it better. Again lots of different emotions swirling around pulling at your heart strings not knowing where this story will take you. Characters were written really well and came across good. All in all I have really loved this series and would definitely recommend it to read. I am so enjoying this authors work at the moment !!

Part two
Ughhhh we carry on with Will and Charley in this book, when I was reading book one (Bittersweet Surrender) I was thinking how can this be made into two books. But it was evident at the end of the last book that we had a lot to learn about Will.We hear from Will’s POV throughout this book, which is such a big insight that I missed loads in book one. However, if we had it in book one it would have spoilt things.Charley and Will need to make a decision whether or not the come clean, and during this book there love is really tested.I really don’t want to say too much as it’ll ruin it. But I definitely recommend reading this duet.

Loved it!
I bloody loved this series! The taboo relationship, the risk and the spice were incredible. Going to a marriage councillor to try save your marriage but end up meeting the love of your life. Well, that story definitely puts you on the edge of your seat. I couldn’t put it down once I started. The excitement of their new relationship and the fear of being caught out, not only by the husband but the ethics board. Definitely one to read if you like spicy, taboo romances with the excitement and fear of losing everything you’ve worked for.

5 addictive stars!
Bittersweet addiction is the conclusion to Will and charleys story. It follows on from the trials and tribulations these two go through as they work to build a future together. With a family to win over, a bitter ex husband, and Wills career on the line, they have alot going on.And Will has a secret. One that could destroy all the progress they've made together. The angst, the passion and the love was all I could feel whilst reading this book. Two people who risk it all. There is blame and guilt to work through, and the insecurities from both their pasts, but i wanted nothing but for these two to get their HEA after all the ups and downs they go through. The marriage counselor and the patient, who would have ever thought it?! 😉

An Enjoyable Read
I enjoyed this more than the first one. It was a big reversal in dynamics with Will racing his demons and Charley being the rock

Charley and Will
Part 2 is as emotional and hot and exciting as the first. The difficulties of Will and Charley are real and abundant. But their love and passion is fierce! It's a roller-coaster of emotions, but we'll worth it!

Worth 50 Stars!
I have loved and enjoyed all of QB Tyler’s books, but Bittersweet Addiction (and its prequel) is my favorite, topping my re-read list yet again. The issues that Will and Charley delve into with this second book make their relationship mimic reality. It becomes even more real and complicated and messy like one would expect. You can still feel the romance and passion between the characters. But you also get to see some of those skeletons emerge from Will’s closet, and it truly had me feeling worried on occasion. It brings up Will’s past with his childhood and feelings of inadequacy, his relationship with his parents and his brother, his ‘hidden’ struggles with alcohol, and you finally begin to fully understand the character of Dr. William Montgomery. The repercussions of Will and Charley’s affair come full circle, but yet each chapter was suspenseful, captivating and surprising.QB Tyler’s ability to bring the reader front and center and make you feel like an integral part of this dramatic and volatile story is so freakin’ fantastic. I can only sit here and beg for more, and hope one day Will and Charley make a re-appearance.This book (and it’s prequel) is a MUST READ, but make sure you have nothing else planned because you will not want to put it down. Buy both books, you won’t be sorry – it’s just that good!!!

Wonderful Conclusion
This book starts where Bittersweet Surrender leaves us, Will and Charlotte’s affair is now out in the open but how do they deal with the consequences, her ex, his family and his career. This story sucks you right in and keeps you turning the pages to find out how it all turns out. They love hard and don’t give up. They have ups and downs which tests them, secrets that come to light, however these characters would do it all again to get to be with the person they’re meant to be with forever. Will and Charley will stay with me for a long time, some stories and characters have you so invested you can’t help but feel everything they go through and this is one of those stories. The hot sex also doesn’t hurt, the way their connection is written is incredible.Tyler is a master storyteller and I will definitely read anything she writes.

Brilliant finish!
I truly didn't know what to expect from the second book in this duet. In this book we get a glimpse into the aftermath of what went down in book one, and I think this author did an amazing job!I appreciated that she didn't make it all sunshine and roses, and she gave us a realistic take on the situation. Will's addiction gets hinted at and book one, but we see it in full force with this book. I really love what the author gave us in this book, how she builds up the relationship, helped them grow to know each other on a deeper level, and learned how to truly survive as a couple. As with the first book, the narration on the audio was amazing! The female narrator truly helped me grasp the emotions of these characters and considering it's a highly emotional book, I appreciated that.

3.5/5 stars with 4/5 steam.
Book #2 in the Bittersweet Duet. Please note this book cannot be read as a standalone, with Bittersweet Surrender to be read first.Book #2 picks up right where #1 left off. Will & Charlotte find themselves together but isolated. With Charlotte's ex-husband threatening to go after everything including Will's career, Charlotte starts blaming herself, leaving Will to pick up a lot of the emotional baggage on his own - Resulting on Will turning & leaning on an old friend; alcohol. As Will decides to take responsibility for his actions, Charlotte fortunately steps up & his by his side. With them both prepared to go down or up together. Until Will's actions do come back & bite him, leaving him depressed & relying on alcohol again more so than Charlotte. When Charlotte then finds out Will's secret, she is lost & distraught. Will these two ever get the happy ending they both envision?Unfortunately I found myself a bit bored of the drama, thus why I have only given it 3.5/5 stars. I found the drama was extended & the characters keep making the same mistakes. I also found they turned to sex more than they should have, making their relationship seem like it was more formed on lust than love. Fortunately the ending is written perfectly & I was happy to see they finally got the happiness they both desire in their lives.I hope to go back and read this duet again in the future as I feel like my mind just was not in the right spot to read this at the time.
