Started these to help my immune system and other aspects of health. Directions: For adults, take four capsules daily. I’d prefer less but ok. These are vegetarian capsules for those that don’t know a lot of capsules are made and contain pork.

Nerve healing
This made my nerve burning sensation and the scary tingling I’d get in face arms hands and top thighs at the same time all of a sudden from out of no where go completely away!!!!!!!! Made some of my calf muscle that was atrophied and nerve damaged come back to life and fire. Not a complete healing on that part yet!

I am not feeling the energy some have mentioned on here. But I suffer from chronic fatigue though. They seem great quality though as always from Horbaach.
