UNIONBAYMen's Survivor Belted Cargo Short-Reg and Big & Tall Sizes

I have had these same cargo pants for at least a decade and the old ones are falling apart. It is hard for me to get just the right cargo pants with just the right size pockets. I love my old pair but they are becoming unwearable around the house. They became unwearable in public a year ago. so I decided to see if they still make them and they do. I bought these pair in hopes of getting my original pair back and these are close. The first thing I noticed is a belt. not bad but not a good choice of add-on. I weighed the old pair and the new pair and the new pair is 1.3 OZ lighter even with the added belt. This means either less thick fabric or less fabric. My hold pair has a looser fit around the legs. These new ones are a tighter fit so maybe less fabric there. These are comfortable and have the nice size front pocket and cargo pockets that I like so my initial impression is I will like these. First day wearing them so I will see how it goes but so far so good. If I like them I will buy more in different colors.

I bought the "UNIONBAY Men's Survivor Belted Cargo Shorts" looking for some inexpensive shorts to do, until I can get the rest of my clothes out of storage. They were lightweight but seem to be fairly well put together other than the belt. The material that the belt is made out of is just too flimsy for use as a belt. It is a sad commentary on what we have come to expect, but I honestly didn't expect the pants to come with a belt. We see deceptive photography so often in ads these days. As such I had already ordered a belt similar in appearance to the one shown in the ad, so I wasn't so disappointed when I saw the flimsy belt.

I love the utility of cargo shorts, but these also look nice and have a great fit. The matching belt is fantastic as I have used that separately on other casual outfits. I am going to buy more of these in the same color. I have young kids and when going out with them, it is nice to have things at the ready without stuffing the waist pockets or back pockets. To boost, my wife who hates cargo shorts didn't make any negative comments about this one, so I consider that a solid win!!

My husbands short were getting a little worn so I purchase these shorts and he loved them. We will be buying more next summer. They fit perfect.

I've bought a bunch of these shorts and they have all been fine. Now today I get a pair and no belt. Obviously a return or one of the workers snagged the belt. Me personally I tend to use a different belt so it's not that big of a deal to me. I don't want to go through the hassle of exchanging it. I wish I could get even a few bucks for the missing belt but amazon is just going to tell me I have to return it. It's just funny amazon doesn't check over the returns better. Overall though I like these shorts for the price. They hit at my knee and are not super baggy but aren't tight ether.

This was a repurchase, so glad they were still out there. These shorts are very well made and last a long time. I like the easy access cargo pockets, no buttons to fumble with.

Great quality, great product. It just took months to get them delivered.

Just what I was looking for

Super comfortable shorts. The material is good quality. My only complaint is that the button fell off within a couple of uses so I had to sew it back on

Están super bien. Muy bonitas y muy cómodas. La tela es gruesa pero no caliente, puro algodón. Cuando llegaron las planché porque si estaban arrugadas, despues de lavarlas no las he planchado de nuevo. Quedan bien secadas al sol. Las bolsas son amplias, cabe bien la cartera, el celular en una de las del frente, ¡Y sobra espacio! Me voy a comprar unas iguales de otro color. El cinturón no es la gran cosa. Prefiero usar de piel. Recordé que el zipper se trababa un poco en los primeros usos. Ahorita ya no.
