I stopped going to gyms years before the pandemic as I found it to be a social club which doesn’t suit me. I have been working out at home doing standing position exercises with barbells, dumbbells, and kettle bells. I debated constantly when shopping for a bench here on Amazon and great fully made the right decision on a bench with this purchase.Small footprint when storing in my garage and I set it up in a small area inside my house for work outs. While in use, the bench is quiet and stable, no noise or squeaky sounds. I can easily change the angle of the bench effortlessly. I have not used the rubber strength bands included but will try them out at some point. This product comes a great price, easy and fast assembly, and so far good quality. When storing and breaking down in half, the beams tend to buckle if not storing up against a wall or tight space but the dilemma is easily solved with bungee cord. This bench completes my home workouts and I able to conduct 30 minute strength training workouts without any hassles or wasting money for gym membership.Two bonus points to add. One is that I get grunt out as loud as I want when maxing out, only my cats get disturbed by it. Two, I am working out Arnold Schwarzenegger style like in his heyday at Gold’s in Venice, all in the privacy of my home, wearing nothing but shorts. Feels liberating and comfortable. This bench is all I need to maintain my fitness, nothing serious like a tough man competition or giving Mr. Olympia a shot. I’m getting old so nothing too crazy for me anymore. I find this product safe for home use, getting quality workouts, and cost effective product.

Easy set up. Study - made with good materials. It would have been nice if they'd put eyelets for the bungie things on the back foot as well as the front - then I could use them to rehab my rotator cuff. I haven't tried to switch the feet from front to back yet as I'm not sure the holes will line up that way. I'm ok with if they cannot be swapped. Otherwise I just won't use them as I use free weights for curls, etc.

This workout bench is exactly as advertised. It’s simple enough to put together and sturdy. However: when putting it in the most upright notch, make sure it’s actually in the notch. There’s a small lip right above that it’ll catch on and throw you back if you aren’t careful to make sure it’s secured. I like the foam padding as well as the black and red design. The legs don’t slip on the floor and it’s a good product of expected quality for the price.

It’s sturdy and compact. I like it a lot. Assembly instructions could have been better but I like it.

Great price and great product. Everything I need for my strength training!

This was relatively easy to assemble and seems fairly durable and a light weight. So it's easy to move around and store away when not used and it does have the build for a free weight workout. Seems like the bench pad material will last and it workswell for my workout. I use dumbells and a bar with resistance bands run underneath the foot for bench press which eliminates the need for space consuming free weights

Lots of bang for the buck!!!
