Love it. Great price, cool features.
The handle is lovely, the weight is nice, and if you play with the gauge, it’s actually very handy. Great price for what you get. I bought a 58 and a 54. That’s how much I liked it.

Not the Most Elegant Design, but Works Well
I needed a tamper quickly, and this was the only one that I could receive quickly. The tamper's depth can be adjusted by means of an inelegant mechanism on the outside of the tamper that regulates how deep it can go into the portafilter. It's bulky not very attractive, and I didn't initially like it, but since I've now received the more expensive tamper that I initially wanted, I realize that this one actually works better, at half the price. Given that it gets the job done, and does it inexpensively, I would purchase it again over the more expensive and sleeker, but less functional prettier unit.

Up your espresso game
I have issues with tamping evenly for as long I can remember. This helps to tamp evenly and also restricting too much tamping force. Also it is very flush with edges of the portafilter. Helps get consistent espresso shots.

Have impact.
The tamper has an impact on one side that was not caused by me or the mail's handling. No return because have to pay a shipping to return 😮💨😡. No have significant issues with Tamper the coffee. 58.5mm and good weight.

Good tamper to go with your Breville espresso
Highly recommend this if you have Breville espresso coffee maker.

I’d buy a Normcore next time
The tamper itself is nice and heavy, well balanced, easy to grip, and if you order the correct size, fits the basket perfectly. The problem is the black plastic “spider” that is supposed to create a level tamp. After a few days I have concluded the spider gimmick is not all that useful. The problem is that setting it to contact the rim of the basket, which ensures a level tamp, means once you reach that point you can’t press any more if you want extra pressure.I ended up setting the spider high enough that I can get as much pressure as I want, but low enough that I can quickly eyeball the gap between its legs and the rim. Close enough, but not as convenient as a device like the Normcore.

Nice Tamper
The handle is comfortable and facilitates a well tamped portafilter.
