Broke in 3 months of use.
I bought this bag for my 11 year old for school. After a month of normal use, the pull tabs for the zippers broke off. We replaced those. Then after 2 more months, the straps broke completely. Disappointed in this purchase. Now my daughter needs a new backpack.

Not as pictured
The straps do not appear as pictured. They say "SMILE" all over them, and there were too many of them. The zippers are lined with turquoise colored fabric for some reason. Applique smaller than pictured. Seems like a deliberate deception.
