Great packaging. Great flavor. Flavoring comes in a sealed glass bottle with cap that can be switched out with a dropper/lid.

It's an oil, so won't mix with everything.
I bought this for some alcoholic drinks I was making. I didn't realize it was an oil base, so did not realize it wouldn't "dissolve"; that's on me for not paying attention! That being said, it still added a great cherry flavor to the electric cherry drinks we made; there was vitamin b in there to make the drinks glow in the dark, this helped mask the medicinal flavor (everyone knew there was vit. b in the drinks!). Since then, I have used it for a Cherry Velvet Cake, and it was amazing. Not too strong and it doesn't have a chemically taste to it that some super flavorings have.My 1st delivery came and the dropper was broken and the bottle was leaking. I messaged the seller and they immediately replaced it. I was so impressed with the customer service. Will definitely order other flavors for cupcakes and cakes in the future!

Good flavor
The flavor was good, but I had to use quite a bit to get the flavor that I needed. Overall, I was happy.

Amazing Customer Support!
I recently purchased two flavors through Amazon. When the order arrived, it was discovered that one of the droppers was broken. I couldn't figure out how to get support through Amazon, so I contacted the company directly. Levi was AMAZING! Quick to respond to my email and request! Excellent customer service! The replacement dropper arrived promptly - with an added surprise included - Wow! These flavors are great! I look forward to trying the many other flavors and products. They have my loyalty! Thank you!

Because it so concentrated a guide as to amount usage would have been helpful. I do not have a phone that reads "squares". Thank you for asking.
