I think this is a must-have in every household, but... I took it to the next level and bought one for my brother, too — he is always struggles with travel-related diarhea and food poisoning. Honestly, I think he needs it more than I do! 😄No side effects, trusted by my parents and grandparents, and even safe for kids. It’s one of those products that’s been around for generations — and for good reason.With a price this good, it's something you just want to have on hand “just in case.”P.S. I decided to try this charcoal supplement after reading about its potential for detoxing from heavy metals and mold. I’ve been dealing with chronic low iron levels for a long time, despite trying various supplements and diet changes. I take regular blood tests to keep track of my levels, so I was curious to see if this would make any difference.To my surprise, after taking this charcoal supplement consistently, my iron levels actually went back to normal. I hadn’t changed anything else in my routine, so I really believe this helped support my body’s ability to detox and rebalance.I’m really impressed with how effective it’s been, especially since it’s so gentle on my stomach. The media could not be loaded. Great quality, from coconut shells, with 120 capsules and vegan friendly too. I take these everyday and if my stomach is feeling unwell, they do work, my son has gut issues so I can definitely tell.

Pre workout tablet, flutance remedy
Kind of a pre workout tablet , so far bottle finished I liked it, after that I moved back to black coffee. I have heard this works well for flutance too

Charcoal supplement without mess!
Only recently started using charcoal in capsules - previously used just powder form. So convenient and easy to take the powdered charcoal in capsules! Good clean capsules (no stray powder on the outside). Good quality, good strength & does a good job mopping up toxins.
