how would it work if you cannot tolerate touch and it is too warm ?

I've been using these heel lifts for about 15 years. There is nothing out there that is as comfortable and works as well. I can't tell you about your problem with touch. It does not bother me at all. My feet are bare and there is plenty of air around your feet. I also do not put my feet under any blanket. Hope this has helped.

The Heelift Classic is made of a soft open-cell foam that supports the leg. It is similar to memory foam, but not exactly the same.
