Great hair

The hair came out of the box soft and smell free. This is the first time buying a lace wig, I found personally that the hairline doesn't match my face shape so I experimented with it a little bit and gave it bangs. The knots are not bleached! So you would have to do it yourself (I just left it alone). The wave pattern is lovely and activates beautifully with water. I did wash this wig and the water did change color some, so maybe best to wash it first? I would totally buy this wig again!

I open the package to get to the wig, and the wig is used. Glue stuck to the lace, a hole in the part, the lace was cut already, and the wig smell like hair products. Behind $153 how do u send someone a used wig.
