IT TOOK ME AWHILE TO PUT ASIDE THE MONEY FOR THIS SCOOTER AND NOW THAT I HAVE IT,ITS BEAUTIFUL AND ALL THAT I KNEW IT WOULD BE.WORTH ALL THE MONEY IT COST..THKS GOLEN TECH AND SUN COAST...

So far, so good. I have owned this unit for about a month and it works as advertised! As this is a "tentative" assessment I give it a four star rating, will know more later. I may adjust the rating if warranted.

I purchased this scooter in 2017 and have used it over the past five years with no problems. I did replace the batteries this year, since they were not holding the charge as well as when new. This is normal maintenance for this type of scooter. It still operates as well as it did when I first got it. The scooter makes it easy for me to go to the stores and other places that I would not be able to do if I had to walk. The scooter is fast enough for me, and easy to maneuver around. I have a lift in my van that loads the scooter into the back so that I can keep it out of the weather. That make it easy for me to load and unload it myself, so I am not dependent on others to assist me. It is much nicer to have my own scooter rather than depend on finding one of the slow clunky scooters with a basket as provided by many stores. I would buy another one of these, if needed.

My scooter came it was great. Discovered an issue and seller quickly assisted with exercising my warranty to make things right.

Especially in the small town I live in, I can get anywhere I need to go. Grocery store, bank, all the shops in town, coffee in the morning. It also holds a charge very well.

Have had mine for a year now. Glad I purchased a 3 wheel vs 4 wheel. Can easily maneuver in tight spots. Smooth acceleration. Comfortable. Only issue is I went over a 1” curb. Seat tilts now. Drives me crazy with slanted seat! It’s heavy. Sometimes I think I’d like a lighter, easier to travel in car trunk. Then I know I like the safety and security of this heavier duty scooter. I fly down the street, fast enough my hair blows, feeling secure. My small dog sits at my feet, ears flying, happy to be included in the trip.

Accelerator slow To Engage. I bought this scooter two years ago and it Did not hold up. Not heavy duty at all. The range is not correct it won't go the distance. The seat will not come off. The drive system clunks all the time. Poor quality. I bought it only because it was all I could get during covid. I really wanted a pride victory but it wasn't available. I'll have do buy a pride victory now and write this Buzz around EX off. I'm very dissatisfied with your product.

Good fit for 6 ft+. Spring suspension really softens those sidewalk bumps and at this price is exceptional. Would like to love this scooter but stupid engineering flaw that could be easily fixed takes off three stars. The speed control programming is horrible. Pulling the forward control lever back does nothing until it reaches a point where it Yanks you forwarded full speed and when you back off a little instead of slowing down it throws on the brakes and throws you over the tiller. Herky jerky. Makes me wonder if any of the engineer's Road tested this thing before they signed off on it.
