Chasing Him: A Forbidden Second Chance Romance (Dark Love Series Book 4)

I understand that the whole point is to show that even the strong and fierce can be vulnerable and falling is okay but I really hate the fact that adriannas character was made into a jealous whiney cow.I was also expecting a full proper conversation with lex about him making everything about Charlie and it never happened.Still hate lex still hate Charlie.Is it normal to literally prefer every single side character to the main?

Thought they were a nicer and more compassionate and less selfish couple than Lex & Charlie.Don't like the unsafe and irresponsible sex practices. These are adults who should be old enough and mature enough to use contraception and discuss safe sex. Also the anal sex scenes are unrealistic. Some readers will use fiction books to learn about sex. Please give them responsible examples of safe and consensual sex. Anal sex requires preparation (eg butt plugs increasing in size) and adequate lube. It is not something that can be done spontaneously and with no prior discussion and agreement. Anal sex without preparation can lead to injuries of the sphincter muscles that can lead to incontinence of faeces (UK spelling). Can also lead to tears and pain.

I really love the storyline and know most of the characters from previous books.Yet another book that I really did not want to set down!!There are twists and turns throughout this book,but you will enjoy each and every one of them.No spoiler alerts, sorry.You really need to read the book yourself.ENJOY

Lovely storytelling of Julian and Adriana. I really liked the pace and that it wasn't rushed. I also liked all the characters interaction.I didn't like the grandmother sub plot, it didn't make sense to do what she did then take that direction. It would have been better to confront the moment.No one has the right to tell another who to love, and yes it's not perfect but two lost people found each other when all around them people didn't want to see how lost and lonely they were.Liked it, preferred it to the first two books. Well worth a look.

Adriana’s story had me broken, I was so glad she got her HEAThis book was so beautifully written telling the story of moving on after loss

This is book 4. And I.hooked. I love the characters and the stories are gripping in now ready for book 5

I think that this is my favourite book in the series. I was really unsure if I would like Julian but I ended uploving him. You can feel the love between Julian and Adriana but the tension, misunderstandings and angst will make you shout in anger and then cry. Hope you love it as much as I did !!!!

This book follows Adriana’s journey to possible love with Julian. But, what will happen when they eventually disclose their relationship to the 2 people closest to her, her brother Lex and his wife Charlie. I won’t ruin the plot in case people have yet to read the 3 previous books. This story is full of passion, secret love, guilt and angst. It’s so well written and at times I did cry. I would definitely recommend this whole series.
