Love the pump, feels good quality, pumps a lot of air, very happy. Only thing is I wish it came with caps for the air outlets

Pros: plenty capable for 1700+ gallons with extra umph. Quiet for its size, feels like a solidly built device.Cons: only one adapter for attaching air lines which has 8 outlets. Great if your using all 8, if not youll need to cap off the unused outlets. Also the outlet doesnt feel high quality.To avoid any over heating and durability issues i have it running on a 1hr on 30 min off timer and i put a bucket over it to protect it from the elements.Keep in mind though in my pond i was unable to utilize all 8 outlets efficiently with each of my air stone discs. It seemed to function the best with tons of air bubbles from each stone when using 3 or less stones. Also change in depth of each disc affected air power to the stones, for example using more than 3 stones the discs at the deepest 3 ft depth would have little to no air bubbles while the higher air stones closest to the wayer surface had all the air bubbles.I upgraded to this from the aquascape pond 2 air which i felt was too weak for my preference. The difference is clear between the two pumps. Very satisfied.

The media could not be loaded.  I'm pretty good with fixing anything. I have the larger pump and thought adding 2 smaller ones for the other aquariums throughout the house would be awesome to allow me to get rid of all these single pumps for each aquarium and first hook up and nothing. How's this possible. It was less than 2 feet from the pump. Grabbed the other new one and same thing. Opened it and found the problem. Couldn't believe it. I hope you will send me stock replacement parts. Thanks.You can see its a manufacturing defect. These edges are sharp and who ever is installing this soft rubber is cutting right through every hose when these are applied durning production. Talk about a bad batch.

Needed warranty service as I purchased this item on 03/17/22. The units air diffuser is blowing air from the side so there’s a leak on the side. Tried contacting Aquamiracle numerous times to no avail! I contacted Amazon about reaching out to their vendor Aquamiracle but they refused. Amazon said they cannot contact the Aquamiracle company which is a lie as it’s one of their vendors! DO NOT BUY FROM AQUAMIRACLE IF YOU NEED WARRANTY SERVICE! THEY WILL NOT RESPOND!!!

I was really excited to try this product, but the manifold for the product isn’t as described in the pictures.The picture of the manifold specifically shows 3/8” barb outlets - they are actually much smaller than that, probably meant for small aquarium air rocks.I bought this for use in my pond and I cannot use this air pump with the manifold provided.I know that AquaMiracle has pond pump kits on Amazon with 3/8” air hose diffusers and bib adapters for their air pumps, but those pumps are much weaker and they do not sell the bib adapters and 3/8” hose adapters/diffuser manifolds for their pumps separately, making a unit of this size worthless unless you’re using a dozen aquarium air rocks.Update: The seller reached out to me and volunteered a full refund because I wasn’t fully satisfied with my product (they did not even ask me to return the pump). Absolutely outstanding customer service when a seller stands by their product 100%. Upgrading my review to 5 stars - I can use the money to purchase the materials I need to make their product work for me. They even gave a recommendation as to what purchase.
