Nothing Better!
Expensive but a great buy!

Not particularly sharp
Maybe I'm spoiled with my collection of chef and paring knives from Global, but I don't find these steak knives particularly sharp, and not particularly good at cutting meat. And maybe I've been using cheap, throw-away steak knives for so long that I don't know how a good steak knife is supposed to cut. They do have nice weight and balance, so they feel great in the hand.
