I bought this to go under my rowing machine, which was sliding back and forth on my wood floor if I went fast. I'm happy to say this mat has completely eliminated any slip, and is incredibly sturdy even if I row all out. It's the perfect size to fit under a rowing machine and it's half the price of a dedicated rowing mat.

It’s not too thick, just right for balance poses. Not as non slip as I would have liked though.

I've only used it a couple of times, so I can't say much about durability, but it seems like it's made of good materials and could last a long time.It looks nice - the colour combination is pretty and looks elegant. The mat also has some (almost unnoticeable) aesthetically designed grooves on it that give it more grip, which is great! I like that the mat is thick - it's sturdy but also gives your hands, feet, knees and elbows some cushioning.I'd recommend it, it's pretty and practical!

I use the green side as it's better for me when doing stretching. It's a great quality yoga mat.

After a few months of use, I noticed that this mat is quite slippery.

Sehr tolle Matte, endlich kann ich all meine Übungen machen ohne dass die Matte wegrutscht oder meine Hände/Füsse auf der Matte rutschen. Top 👌
