Very good taste
It’s blue. It’s fancy and tastes really good on eggs lots of goodness, but some of the pieces are rather large so best to use with a salt grinder.

Fun and tasty addition to dishes
Had this salt as part of a bread course at Little’s Oyster House in Houston which was one of the best meals I have had in my life. Had to order some to order and it adds so much flavor and fun to dishes.

Meh! Good quality but I may never use it all!
It's cool in a specialty cocktail, and I bet there are other uses, too. I wish I'd have used food coloring or blueberry juice for the money.

Just blue sea salt.
Taste like typical sea salt but looks a little different with the blue color. Nothing special except peole asking why Ibought blue salt. I always trytoget things that are a bit different. This is a conversation starter. I tell them it boost libido.
