This little sparkly tutu was for snowmen costumes for our little ones in a community holiday parade. They were perfect. They were long enough for a 7-8-year-old. They were full and firm not flimsy and tangly. I would definitely recommend this item for the price.

They smell like fish when you open the package but they are stretchy not too stretchy but did fit 6 year olds and 3 year olds and the price for the amount is reasonable.

I purchased 2 skilofly 6pc Girls Ballet Tutu Kids Birthday Princess Party Favor Dress Skirt Sets for my daughter's birthday party.The packaging was terrific - looked like it was vacuumed sealed; however, when I opened the packages the skirts smelled like fish. (Bummer)I cleaned the skirts twice (wash/dry) before the smell was gone. Thank goodness I opened the packages in advance of the party.
