Fascia consigliatissima
Ottima soluzione per chi soffre dell'infiammazione della bandelletta ileo tibiale e non può interrompere gli allenamenti . La usa mio figlio di 15 anni che fa nuoto agonistico e per non caricare la parte infiammata sia quando cammina che quando nuota utilizza la fascia in modo da rendere più efficaci gli allenamenti senza rallentare l'effetto delle infiltrazioni PRP. Miracle worker
I already own one of these miracle workers and decided to buy a second to keep at work for my lunch runs. Despite lengthy ongoing physio sessions, stretches and changes of running shoes, I still suffer from horrendous ITBS once I get to about 5-7 miles. I can be crippled to the point where I can't even flex my knee a millimetre. When I wear this thing I can happily do a half marathon with no bother. It's been an absolute game changer. Yes, as others have said, you do need to position it in the right place for you, and this may take a few goes. Equally you may need to readjust if you're out on a particularly sweaty run and it slips a bit - but that's a minor bother compared to the sidelining pain of ITBS! I still get the physio and do the stretches and I daresay sometimes I could probably run pain free without it, but I wear it religiously and running is no longer painful. HIGHLY recommend if you are at the end of your tether with ITBS!

Ich finde es hilft
Trage das Band aufgrund starker Reizung des Iliolateral-Bandes am linken Bein, verursacht durch Überlastung bei einer längeren Wanderung.Zwar muss man das Band sehr stramm anlegen, damit die Wirkung eintritt, dafür habe ich aber keinerlei Schmerzen, auch nicht bei längeren Wanderungen mit Gepäck.

Junto con un calentamiento mas extensivo y esta banda, he regresado a correr. Definitivamente cumple su funcion, recomendado para los que tiene it band syndrome
