I have tried other posture correcting harnesses that I didn’t really care for, but this one really does a great job for me. As it says in the instructions, it’s not meant to pull your shoulders back in a violent traction type of way, it’s just there to have enough pull/tug on your shoulders to —remind— you yourself to straighten up your posture, so as that, it works perfectly, and as a softer approach result, it doesn’t cause any undue muscle-shock distress that your body is not used to, as had happened to me it the past. “Less in more” is the fix, slow and steady wins the race. And consistency is the key word here. You cannot —force— your way into good posture overnight. It took years for you to —gradually develop poor posture and get stuck in that position, so it is going to take some time with consistency to retrain your body into being naturally comfortable standing up straight and tall (again). Years of working in front of a computer froze up my back muscle into that hunched C-spine shape, so slow and steady, “less is more” wins this race… 🐢 Consistency. 🤩

It’s honestly a good product but I simply hate the straps. It’s somewhat annoying to put on especially when the strap falls out. The pros are that it’s very lightweight so if you want to use something a little heavier, then this product isn’t for you. It did have a big range of adjustment ability but I just hated the way you’d have to adjust it. It does do its job of supporting your back and it is breathable if used correctly.

Taking a while for my husband to get used to. The adjustment is easy and comfortable. It’s lightweight enough for him and he likes it.

Had to send back runs small in size. Other than that was a very nice brace fit my friend and he a XL. He said the support felt really good. Said he liked that it was not bulky.

Furthermore, the durability of the Back Brace Posture Corrector is questionable. The stitching has shown signs of wear after minimal use, suggesting that it may not withstand regular wear and tear, especially for those looking for a long-term solution to their posture issues.
