When ordering bulky items like a TV it's all about the delivery and customer service. (to me most TVs are the same anyway). With this seller it's amazing customer service.The TV arrived with a damaged screen (it was a refurbished one). I made a request to return it and within one hour they called me. And said they will send someone the next day to pick up the damaged TV and replace it with an undamaged one. Now that is what I call absolutely amazing customer service. I was blown away.TV is also very nice and functions very well. I'm very happy with it.

Bought for caravan. Great picture, sounds a bit poor but ok

I like the smart features and the menu options. But the picture quality isn't the best, and whenever it's turned off the sensor lights flash for ages. It's good enough for the money, but if I could go back, I'd pick a different one.

Everything great apart from remote, needs to point directly at TV. Apart from that it was easy to set up and all works fine. Almost perfect for bedroom, just a shame about remote

Fast delivery and works well. The only down side is it does not has an icon for disney. I manage to get it working using google but also had an old Amazon fire stick which I now use. The picture quality is very good and with my poor eye sight can see it perfectly

Arrived without any power leads, the remote or the component which connects the TV to the stand, so unusable. Only received the TV itself, and the bottom of the stand. Box was also fairly smashed up and not sealed properly.

A very good picture, but a poor tinny sound. Return due to quality of the sound.
