Q: If i purchase a pair of these, do they come with the velcro ankle straps? i am getting different answers from different people at stabil.

No, they don’t come with any straps. They fit snugly over the front 1/3 of your shoe then pull tight over the heel. We used to use yak tracks and have switched to these. More durable and better traction. Two minor downsides - they do pinch your toe box a little and the heel portion of the sole doesn’t quite pull tight - it tends to hang down a little in the back. 1/8” or so. Despite those minor issues we’ve liked these better than the yak trak pros we had been using.

I would guess a medium would be the best bet.

They did work-but do hot fit well-too big. Bought large.
