This press honestly has blown my mind. This is my first ever press and it’s really easy to use. Definitely worth the money. The picture is my Florida Kush rosin I made with this press.

The light temp doesn't always light up correctly and sometimes is missing a - in the temp. It's comes on and off. Not a huge deal but just hope it doesn't fail more. Great press otherwise does a nice job and it heats up quickly

Love this press, works perfect just wish they put the right size bolts in for the stabelizing bars but actually you really don't need them.

Does exactly what it needs to without a lot of fanfare. I’ve been dialing this one in at around 187F and been getting great oil out of it.Beginners tip - take your used material and stack 4-5 mesh bags on top of each other and press those. You will get more…Also side note, had a great interaction with customer service within four hours of receipt; the load level legs have screws that fit the top but not the bottom. They are shipping them out straight away.If you are looking for a way to invest in your process, this is a perfect way to get your feet wet.

Bottom heating plate would not heat and the control for the bottom plate would not light up or turn on at all. I turned it over to look at the bottom of the press only to see semi stripped screw heads which made it clear to me that this unit had already been serviced at some point. I looked it over more closely and found rusted screw holes where you would attatch the support legs for tiliting and flaked off paint around one screw hole. Clearly re-sold item. Clearly defective. Now it says my refund will not appear on my card until 14 DAYS AFTER THEY RECEIVE the returned press. Extremely dissatisfied. Feeling extremely let down by Amazon.com

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this not knowing what I was doing and it’s easy once you get the hang of it. Great product at a great price and great quality… 10/10 recommend and will definitely buy from them in the future.

This is NOT suitable for Australian voltage as claimed.Arrived with oil all through the packaging and over the product.Expensive return and lost money on taxes and postage, Amazon only contribute $24 to postage, the lost tax money is more than that alone.Amazon Australia must do better than allow this sort of thing to be sold as for use here, and the seller stated it was, when it is not compatible with Australian mains power supplyThat the item, intended for use to make products for human consumption, is covered in oil as it was not shipped with a `this way up`, is another huge issue, okay, it can be cleaned, but without the correct power, its effectively useless, and this wasnt cheap, im a disabled pensioner, this was a BIG Christmas present spend.Any other `review` i can give ?, when im unable to use the product at all, it makes `reviews`seems impossible at best, i guess other than `this seller lied in the description, sold a leaking oil covered product, and im going to be out of pocked thanks to the whole `buy on Amazon AUSTRALIA and buy this item from Melbourne, it will have local power compatibility like it says, locals wouldnt sell something unusable` and turns out its no compatible, and the seller not local.I would have done better buying from DhGate, ive always had a good experience there, dealing directly with the Chinese people who make things, this press included, but the Chinese would have got the power supply right, never failed me yet, buying from Americans ? lost a lot of money over the yrs buying from Americans.

Unit is 110v. Had to buy something extra to get it working in Australia. Items product page and amazon page has no referance to running voltage. Also, company has terrible communication.
