Good value for money, but not sure how to use! No instructions. It’s like it is secret watch repair fraternity with a secret handshake!

Though it has no directions, it's not that difficult to figure out. It works perfectly. I was able to remove a back that was otherwise impossible.

It works great on opening the back case. Haven't used it on the band links yet, but it should be fine. Much cheaper than the Swiss made ones.

My wife and son both have multiple Coach brand watches which are very difficult to pop open with the typical knife blade watch back opener tool. This ZJchao tool worked on my first try after I had struggled for 20 minutes with my blade tool. The other thing you need for the Coach watches is a press to press the watch back on after you replace the battery. Fortunately, I already had one of those. There are multiple watch repair tool sites that have videos of how to use this opener.

Finally no more struggling and ruining the back of a watch trying to remove the cover! The tool works great. Very easy to use.

No manual, so it took some searching to figure out how to use this tool, but It most definitely worked on the toughest cases I've come across to date. I've removed case backs for years and generally struggled with the press on versions. I would eventually work them off, till I came across Movado watches with pressed on case backs.To this point, my success rate for opening those has been zero. Once the tool was delivered, I played around on some cheap watches and immediately noticed the ease by which this opened them. Having build my confidence with the tool, I decided to tackle one of the impossible Movados and wow, that case back was never going to come off without a serious tool and this is a serious tool.Very happy with it. It's a knockoff of the Horotec tool and I'm sure not to the same caliber, but for someone who needs to use this very part time, it seemed a good tool. No regrets whatsoever!

Excellent professional tool! I was looking for a tool like this to remove the back of difficult or easy watch backs. This tool will remove annnnny watch back without damaging. No more using small screwdrivers to remove watch back covers. I hope you like easy because that’s what you’ll get when using this tool. Highly recommend using this. It saved me from throwing out watch. Just be patient and figure out how to insert watch in holder it’s EASY relax and enjoy

I have not tried this yet!, but a thorough inspection seem that it will work as advertised, except for the watch pin change.
