Pro This product is very helpful if you have any form of diabetes. Somebody at work recomended me this and they said it was life changing. My aunt has it and if you take it with the food, start to eat healthy, exersise and stop eating junk - you will notice a defference too! Try it - it is great. Also take fish oil, eat veggies, fruits. Stop eat white pasta, rice and bread and meat. Eat fish and coconut milk. Cons Only one - there is not enough of it and its not too concentrated as you would like so it is only a supplement for 2 weeks. Expensive.
