The microphone array with my headset was not as effective as I wanted. I ordered three separate arm style boom microphones. This was the only one that actually worked when I plugged it in and turned them back on. When you unplug or plug the microphone it'll turn off the headset. That's fine. Just shove the little boom mic in the jack and turn the whole headset back on. And it turns back on with the boom jack plugged in... That's the microphone it'll use and it makes these headphones so much more effective. The audio was great but the microphone was mediocre. Now it's on point all day.

My fault
The media could not be loaded. Not compatible with cloud mix Bluetooth headset... mod so can't send back!!! Lesson learned! Always double check your stuff.... was pumped looks way better that the old one...

Doesn't work with hyperx headsets
Didn't work. I plugged it into my hyperx headset and my PC recognized the microphone, but no audio was captured by the mic. My drivers were up to date, but still there was no audio captured. Waste of money.
