My go to when I am sick
Life saving my favorite thing to take when I am sick. Easy to take, good value, no bad side effects just me not hacking up my left lung after I take it. Helped with my fever too and was wonderful at knocking me out (plus my nightly melatonin)

Kept this on hand for a few months now for whenever cold/flu symptoms hit. Works as expected each time with no adverse effects. Would buy again and recommend keeping it stocked. Although I think prefer the liquid one better

Symptom relief came quickly and I took doses as recommended to stay ahead of the discomfort of my cold. The nighttime version helped me get the sleep I needed for a full recovery.
