These are better than some at 3 times the price. Triceps are on fire with this item, you can really feel the tricep contraction on full lock.

Broken already
Unfortunately both ropes that were purchased for our gym have broken within 48 hours of being put out onto the gym floor... far from ideal. Hopefully we just got unlucky with the 2 that were sent with our purchase

Great tricep rope, and consistant lengths!
I've had to purchase a few of these over the years because the lengths were never the same (face pulls work better with a set), and these are the first ones that were exactly the same length on the first purchase. The color options are nice to boot, and they hold up as well as others I've used. Great purchase at a great price.
