Kleva Sharp, World's Best Knife Sharpener

This is not the first time that I have ordered this knife sharpener. 1st I ordered, I ordered 6. I shared with my son who at the time had his own restaurant, about 6 years ago. I knew he used knives a lot, so I thought that I would get some and share a few with him. He loved it. He thought they were the best he has ever used. I gave some to a few friends. I kept 2. I find that it is the easiest way to sharpen a knife. It stays secure to where ever you mount it. It only takes about 3-5 swipes and you have a very sharp new knife. I will continue to reorder as I need one. Thank You for the best in knife sharpeners.

I have been searching for a knife sharpener that does just that; sharpens my knives! Many products have purchased but none like this little sharpener. Easy to attach to your counter with a strong suction cup and it really sharpens your knives! Pass your blade a few times in the instructed direction and you have a super sharp knife! Love it!

I was able to easily sharpen my older knives.

After fiddling with whet stones of all kinds for over 30 years and hundreds of knives over the years, I initially scoffed when this little sharpener arrived as a gift. After 5 minutes of use, all my whetstone went to storage and this is what I keep in kitchen drawer. 15 minutes later, I had a dozen kitchen knives sharper then ever. I just bought a few more for friends and family.

For the most part, Kleva Sharp works as advertised. The sharpening element is effective and durable, however, it doesn't sharpen as effortlessly as demonstrated in the infomercial. Any knife I have sharpened so far has required many strokes and the knife edge frequently catches. Also, the suction base is not as stable on counter tops as the manufacturer claims - it works better on a surface such as glass cook top surface. Also, I have yet to see this work on a serrated knife as claimed by the manufacturer. Overall, a decent product that will restore knife edges, but with a bit of effort and persistence.
