Extremely well made, solid construction, and great addition to my gym equipment and other body solid cable attachments

The quality of this bar is awesome. It's a beast and weighs in at 6 pounds. Puts my hands in the perfect position to work my triceps and take the strain off my wrists.

It's solid. 6 pounds. Should last forever. The rubber grips are more like hard plastic, but they're on firm.

This replaced the same grip that came with our exercise unit. It seems to be of even better quality and a slight design change as much improved the durability.

Sick pump! My triceps are lit up as I type this review. Amazing how that little bit of pivot in the center targets the triceps better than the rope attachment or typical V grips. I should have bought this attachment years ago. Ball bearings inside glide very smooth! Seller sent it super quick too. This is a must for a home gym.

Great product, but it arrived clearly used with some rusting and minor nicks on the metal. Also had clearly been greased by someone which left residue on my hands.
