very useful product
I am very happy as this raised toilet seat was proved to be extremely useful for both my parents. our toilet seat was quite old and low and after putting this the height is just right for old people. It fits exactly on the toilet and my parents are very happy!

Unstable & Unsafe Product
This product does not have secure fixation devise - remains unstable. An elderly person can fall along with the device . The replacement assurance is of no use since they refuse to take product back unless it is damaged/defective. So we are stuck with a useless product at home. Hope someone from the manufacturing side rectify the problem. Not recommended for buying.

Wasn’t useful.
Did not fit in with the existing commode. So actually useless. Also light and not sturdy. Scared my old parents could slip off.

Fitting very loosely..ordered for my 94 year old mother, and she expressed, she could fall down because it is loose fitting. ordered a Return and refund, but Amazon will not accept return and refund of this item, They want to send replacement same item, if preveous did not fit securely how, the REPLACEMENT ONE FIT..unless some NEW SECURE FITTING DDVELOPED BY Enteros.
